Returns Policy – 14 Days
What’s Eligible for Return
Any device purchased from Budget Tech Depot may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the original delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The device must be in the same condition it was received in.
- All original accessories included with the order must be returned.
Because every transaction carries processing costs, we can no longer offer free returns or cancellations.
A 12% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
If a device is received defective, we reserve the right to attempt a replacement before issuing a refund. (Updated Dec. 2025)
What Is NOT Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Devices returned after the 14-day return window.
- Devices with physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse.
- Devices that are locked, modified, or tampered with after delivery.
Budget Tech Depot reserves the right to substitute a device color if the originally selected color becomes unavailable.
Warranty Policy – 90 Days
What’s Covered
Our 90-Day Limited Warranty covers functional defects not caused by accidental damage, including:
- Faulty camera
- Speaker issues
- Screen malfunction
- Charging issues
- Other hardware-related defects not caused by customer damage
What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Cracked screens or glass
- Liquid damage
- Accidental damage of any kind
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage caused by drops, pressure, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
Order Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received.
Because every payment transaction carries processing costs, cancellations are no longer free of charge.
- If the order has NOT shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the order HAS already shipped, the order must be returned according to our standard return policy.

If you experience an issue with your device, please contact Budget Tech Depot before assuming the device needs to be returned.
Many issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting over phone or email support. Our team is happy to help diagnose and fix common issues whenever possible.
