Shipping Schedule
Budget Tech Depot ships orders Monday through Friday.

Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Speed
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Depending on the time your order is placed:

Many orders ship same-day or next business day.

Standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Most orders require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Some deliveries may also include photo confirmation from the shipping carrier showing the package delivered in a secure location.
Missing Packages & Delivery Claims
Due to the increasing rise in fraudulent delivery claims (“friendly fraud”), customers must contact Budget Tech Depot within the same day a package is marked as delivered if there is an issue locating the shipment.
Our system automatically sends delivery notifications, and carriers provide detailed tracking updates throughout the delivery process.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages when:

Delivery confirmation shows the package was delivered;

Signature confirmation was obtained;

Delivery photo confirmation was provided; or
-
We are not contacted within the same day delivery is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure.
Friendly Fraud Policy
“Friendly fraud” refers to situations where a customer falsely claims an item was not received despite confirmed delivery.
To help protect against fraud:

Most shipments require signatures;

Tracking is provided on all orders;

Carriers may provide photo confirmation of delivery.
Budget Tech Depot reserves the right to deny claims that conflict with verified carrier delivery records.
